Springfield WORKS is Adding a Trauma-Informed Lens to our Ready, Willing, and Able Assessment Tool!

The RWA assessment is used throughout communities to identify those who are ready, willing, and able to work. It is also used to see where communities needs greater investment to support the folks who live there.

By adding the trauma-informed lens we hope to make the assessment even more inclusive, equitable, and informative!
