Springfield WORKS Cliff Effect Pilot Program Approved by State Legislature
Springfield WORKS is celebrating a major breakthrough in its Cliff Effects initiative. Legislation supported by Springfield WORKS and the Economic Pathways Coalition of Massachusetts was finally approved by the state legislature after years of effort. The legislation will create a pilot program to test the use of a net financial resources offset provided through the Department of Transitional Assistance.
